When you work out, how long can you keep going before you become exhausted? Endurance is being able to remain active for a long period of time without getting tired. When you haven’t been exercising a lot or moving your body everyday, you can get tired easily. The more you practice and exercise each day, the longer you can go without feeling tired!
Building endurance strengthens cardiovascular health and strength! After a long day of virtual school and meetings, it is so important to get moving and build endurance!
