An avid participant at Surface Fitness since 2nd grade, Paige continues to workout & grow at this studio as a 6th grader now. There is everything you might need. Group classes, one:one training sessions, private training for your soccer team, swim team, water polo team & even the special olympic athletes train here. Shannon & Jacqueline cater to the youth ages 3 – 18.  It’s not just about the weight training or the cardio, it’s about your child & nutrition & challenging him or her to be his/her BEST self. This studio offers summer camps, spring break camps, christmas camps & much more.  There is an annual bucket list challenge, scavenger hunts & 10 day challenges with incentives.  Mission Nutrition plays a huge role in their program.  walk in to this beautiful, clean studio & you will find healthy recipes on the chalkboard or fun facts about kiwi! Shannon also hosts Rose bowl walk/runs & hikes.  She is an inspiration to our community! Nothing compares to Surface Fitness, give it a try!!!

Surface Fitness is a wonderful place for kids. My kids have attended several winter, spring, and summer camps. Each camp/week has a unique theme and the kids loved it all! My kids also go to the regular fitness classes — they are a good mix of fitness, nutrition education, and fun active games. Mrs. Shannon and her staff create an excellent environment where kids build confidence and healthy habits. We are so lucky to have such a gem in our community!

We absolutely love having Shannon come to Fremont and work with the second graders! Every week she has fun and new centers for the students to try. They truly do get a work out as Shannon ensures that they are working a different part of their body and/or mind at each station. Shannon also includes a great stretching/ warm up routine so everyone is ready to go! The students truly look forward to Monday mornings with Shannon and are always eager to see what she has planned!

Miss Shannon is always so positive and energetic with our students! She creates fun lessons that keep the students engaged and active while they are at PE. Ranging from warm-ups, to obstacles courses, yoga, vegetable and fruit tag, to cooperative team games…she does it all! We look forward to a new and exciting lesson with Miss Shannon every week!
