Series Five is all about learning about the importance of fueling the body with healthy foods from the five food groups! Children will learn all about Mission Nutrition while performing full body exercises to build muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance! It is important for children to learn the importance of eating healthy and exercising at a young age to carry into adulthood!
