Series 8 is a Track and Field Four Week Series. Track and Field focuses on speed, endurance, pace, technique, and so much more! This is a great sport to learn how to run fast, practice long jump, and shot put! This four week series will teach children the basic skills to improve and increase performance in the sport! All activities include fitness workouts, games, scavenger hunts, and more!
